Billy's Kids!

Billy exemplifies the intensity we adore in this breed. At 14 inches and 17 lbs, he has a wonderful body with proper angulation and "breed type." He also exhibits the Sheltie sweetness that we love so well here at Sheltieranch. He is very intense on the stock and is doing well with his initial agility training.

In herding, Billy trialed on sheep at 1 year of age, finished his PT and earned his first HS leg.

In agility Billy is now working on his MACh. He is a very fast dog and with maturity has learned that control matters too! He earned his first 7 masters legs and his first double Q just a few weekends after moving up to excellent B. Billy loves the sport and has a sheer joy for running.

A breed ring career is also planned at some point after his advanced titles are completed, and possibly obedience too.

As a producer, Billy has passed in his athletic body, sweet face and desire to work. His kids are spread out all across the country and are very eager workers in many different venues.

Billy is one of only a handful of dogs who has earned the ROM-P, an award bestowed upon dogs who have made a significant impact on the breed through consistently producting working progeny.
